I'm a sophomore in high school and the age of 15. I attend Lakeview High School and I play basketball and baseball for the school, I also will be playing football for the school for my 11th and 12th grade years. After high school I plan on attending college at a University. I want to play sports in college but if that plan doesn't work out I plan on doing something with business.
At first I found that the actual coding and placing the coding where it belongs was hard but as the class went on and I started to catch on nothing really was too difficult. In this class we had assignments but alos along with the assignments we had things to refrence to and go off of to help us. I've already had this similar class in middle school just with less content, but it defenitely benefited me going in and finishing this class.
In this class I find that being able to customize your own websites is most enjoyable. I enjoyed being able to change color, font size, background, insert own images and make any change you want from start to finish and then seeing the outcome of the website you made yourself. Also depending on what career you choose this can be very beneficial even to use as advertisements.
Advice I would give to new students is alwasy communicate with the teacher, it is a very flexible class. Also stay up on your work and if you get behind try to always talk to the teacher because Mr. Spano will do his best for you to be able to succeed.
